Meet Polly,
the heart behind Bassottino.

Born in June 2009, Polly was more than our beloved doxie. She was part of our family, our everyday moments, and countless memories that still make us smile.

With her playful spirit, affectionate nature, and unmistakable doxie personality, Polly taught us to appreciate the little things: slowing down, enjoying good company, and making the most of every moment together.

Although we said goodbye to her in March 2026, the love and joy she brought into our lives continue to inspire us.

That's why Polly became the heart of Bassottino. Our little mascot is a tribute to her memory and a reminder of everything we believe coffee should be: warmth, connection, and a reason to stay a little longer.

Today, her spirit lives on in every little detail of our brand, from our coffee bags to the moments we hope to share with you.
